📝 Position Summary

As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll support and customize Pivotree’s FinancialForce (Certinia) PSA, Billing Central, and Revenue Management applications. You’ll lead system configuration, integration, and continual improvement — working closely with cross-functional teams globally.

This is a high-impact role requiring a motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent technical skills and customer service.

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a 600+ user implementation of FinancialForce PSA and Salesforce.com.
• Administer users, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security models.
• Handle bulk data migration and app exchange application support.
• Integrate multiple key systems at Pivotree, including custom integrations.
• Manage and configure FinancialForce (Certinia) integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support requests efficiently.
• Maintain sandbox environments for development and QA testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes for data quality monitoring and business insights.
• Translate internal customer needs into business requirements.
• Collaborate with FinancialForce support for issue resolution and platform performance.
• Create and deliver training plans and materials for users.
• Oversee licensing and usage metrics for user management.

🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies

• 2-5 years of experience in professional services, technology, or creative solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of FinancialForce (Certinia) PSA, Billing Central, and Revenue Management.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and insights.
• Experience deploying from sandbox to production environments.
• Proficiency in data loader and bulk data migration tools.
• Development experience with VisualForce pages, APEX classes, and Lightning components.
• Ability to document, analyze, and automate business processes.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder collaboration.
• Clear communication of technical and business processes to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and efficiency.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate EST/PST time zone overlap.
