Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Sr. DevOps Engineer to design and manage a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud platform powering Perforce's SaaS portfolio. You’ll lead automation, drive DevOps culture, and ensure uptime across global production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud platforms ensuring consistency, security, and availability.
• Provide production support (rotational shift – Indian daytime hours).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Drive DevSecOps best practices in the agile SDLC.
• Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and eliminate manual operations.
• Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef.
• Utilize observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic.
• Work with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS/Cloud operations.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Python or Ruby.
• Familiarity with observability tools: Splunk, Jaeger, OpenSearch.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and DevSecOps metrics.
• Experience with config management tools like Puppet, Ansible.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
