Key Responsibilities:

• Release & Deployment: Manage release components, scheduling, building, and testing. Maintain tools and ensure coordination with configuration management.
• Service Acceptance: Engage with project management to confirm service acceptance criteria and feed into change management.
• System Software: Review system updates, tailor software to maximize hardware functionality, and resolve potential service problems.
• Programming & Software Development: Design, code, test, and document complex programs and services. Follow agreed standards and review colleagues' work.
• Systems Integration & Build: Define integration builds, accept software modules, configure hardware and software environments, and conduct tests.
• Emerging Technology Monitoring: Monitor new technologies, assess their impact, and contribute to knowledge sharing and technology road mapping.

Skills and Experience:

• Azure PaaS & IaaS VM setup, configuration, engineering, and development experience
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (PowerShell, ARM Template Automation)
• Exposure to system and application-level telemetry for large, distributed Cloud Architectures
• Experience in Scrum & Agile methodologies
• Microsoft Azure Certifications are desirable

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent related experience
