Job Description:
People Tech Group Inc is hiring an experienced Java Software Engineer with strong backend development skills and expertise in AWS cloud services. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and integrate APIs and microservices in a cloud-native environment
• Utilize AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end solutions
• Apply security, performance, and scalability best practices
• Debug, test, and document application code and architecture
• Participate in frontend tasks if required (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java 8+ preferred)
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API development
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or other AWS certifications
• Experience in Agile environments using tools like JIRA
• Full-stack development experience is a major plus
• Hands-on with SQL, NoSQL databases, Redis, Memcached
