🔹 Job Description:

Peerxp is hiring a DevOps Associate to join its Engineering Team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals with foundational DevOps knowledge, eager to work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. The position focuses on deploying updates, solving production issues, and enhancing system reliability.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain product updates and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Automate operational tasks using modern DevOps tools
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for CI/CD implementation
• Apply DevOps best practices to ensure reliability and scalability

🔹 Skills Required:

• Basic hands-on DevOps experience (0–6 months)
• Knowledge of version control systems: Git, SVN
• Experience with servers: Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Tomcat
• Understanding of networking: Load balancing, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
• Exposure to AWS services: ELB, VPC, S3, RDS
• Scripting skills: Python or Shell
• Infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Comfortable with Linux/Unix environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS)
