Roles & Responsibilities

• Database Design: Develop robust database systems based on technical and business requirements
• SQL Development: Write complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers for performance optimization
• Bug Fixes & Enhancements: Handle production support, bug resolution, and product upgrades
• Performance Tuning: Enhance database performance and scalability
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers and enforce coding standards
• Database Maintenance: Perform upgrades, migrations, and schema optimization
• Benchmarking & Innovation: Evaluate competing platforms and contribute to product differentiation

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.Tech/BCA preferred)
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an MS SQL Developer
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, query optimization, indexing, joins, and triggers
• Prior experience in SaaS-based platforms like ERP, CRM, or HRMS is highly desirable
