Job Description:
PayPay India, a leading fintech company with over 63 million users globally, is hiring an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer specializing in MLOps to build and maintain cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure on AWS. This role involves end-to-end development, deployment, and management of scalable machine learning solutions using AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage secure, cost-effective, high-availability cloud infrastructure for AI/ML projects on AWS
• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models using AWS SageMaker and related services
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create scalable ML workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement cloud-based development environments and streamline operational monitoring and logging
• Handle structured and unstructured data using AWS storage solutions such as S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and cloud best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Product teams
• Continuously innovate by adopting the latest AWS and AI/ML advancements

Technical Stack:

• AWS: VPC, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, MWAA, RDS, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3, CloudWatch, Cognito, SQS, KMS, MSK, Kinesis, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, Lake Formation, Glue, SageMaker
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK
• CI/CD: Github Actions, Atlantis
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana
• OSS Tools: Jupyter, MLFlow, Argo Workflows, Airflow

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with AI/ML focus, strong hands-on AWS experience
• Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, Go, Rust
• Experience with Linux system administration
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure change management, performance tuning, cost control
• Strong cloud security knowledge and compliance standards, especially payments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, Open Source tools
• IT compliance and security risk management
• Published articles or blogs in relevant domains
• Certifications in cloud and AI/ML technologies
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus (JLPT Level 3 or above preferred)
