Join a dynamic team in Pune to develop, scale, and innovate SaaS applications in the booming eCommerce and retail data intelligence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in designing full-stack software systems for high-scale SaaS platforms
• Architect, develop, and deploy web and database-driven applications
• Work with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, Go, and TypeScript
• Apply best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable infrastructure
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; actively participate in technical hiring
• Engage in global Scrum teams and remote collaboration

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js)
• Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, object-oriented design, and design patterns
• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS
• Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices
