About this Role:
The primary role of the Software Engineer is to understand designs, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications to satisfy project requirements, on time and within budget.

Key Accountabilities:

• Implement new enhancements/defect fixes with high-quality coding and on-time completion.
• Provide analysis for technical solutions.
• Ensure that technical solutions are developed to appropriate, approved standards.
• Adhere to the SDLC/Agile Scrum sprint processes and published programming standards.
• Investigate reported issues and identify solutions to those issues.
• Follow the organization's team principles and build a good team environment.
• Report to the Technical Manager, technical lead, or more senior personnel for progress and implementation of development tasks.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience supporting Veeva Vault application, handling Veeva administration and configuration.
• Experience in the Veeva lifecycle domain is an added advantage.
• Handle configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, document types/subtypes, etc.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault application.
• Good knowledge of the ITIL support process.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand integrations and work with integrated teams for any issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for Veeva product releases.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
