What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customer tech support
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email & Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with Tier 2 & Engineering teams for complex cases
• Maintain accurate issue logs and documentation
• Support mission-critical systems in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience in international inbound calling
• Good troubleshooting and logical thinking abilities
• Comfortable working night shifts and rotational schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Must be able to commute to the Hyderabad office independently
