• Work as part of an Agile SQUAD/team with a prioritized backlog
• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable Python solutions under the supervision of technical leaders
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Python following industry best practices
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for software developers and engineers
• Participate in code reviews and provide cross-functional support
• Build a strong understanding of the technology stack and development processes
• Drive continuous process improvements and architectural enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Teams, Project Managers, Architects, and DevOps
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to technical talent development within the organization

🎯 Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant software technology certification
• Hands-on experience coding in Python
• Working knowledge of Django or any database
• Understanding of design patterns and unit test frameworks
• Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations for backend applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
