Job Description

Open Systems AG is hiring a Junior Connectivity Engineer to join our Customer Success team in Noida, India. You'll be part of a global operations environment, providing and supporting high-performance connectivity solutions to international clients. Responsibilities:

• Learn Open Systems’ global SASE, SD-WAN, and connectivity portfolio
• Handle connectivity administration (ISP tracking, delivery coordination)
• Manage project logistics, quality assurance, and network deployment
• Collaborate with Project Management and Customer Operations teams
• Work in 24x7 Mission Control Operations Center to resolve customer issues
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer connectivity experience

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of networking protocols, SD-WAN, and ISP delivery models
• Internship or exposure to network infrastructure support or cloud networking
• Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
• Eagerness to learn and undergo intensive internal training
