Position Summary:

The Security Operations Center (SOC) team ensures the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of the organization is always protected. This L1 SOC role involves operating security monitoring tools and reacting to security events in a timely manner. This is a 24/7 shift-based role.

Job Function and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze cybersecurity events using various security tools.
• Triage incidents, detect anomalies, and recommend remediation.
• Handle quarantined emails and phishing analysis reported by users.
• Escalate relevant issues to L2/L3 SOC team members.
• Ensure completeness of incident details and documentation.
• Act as the first-level contact for MSP support.
• Work on general information security tickets.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Eagerness to learn about security technologies and operations.
• Strong logical thinking and investigation skills.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Willingness to work in shifts and weekends.
