Role Summary

The Cloud DevOps Intern will work with OneStream’s Cloud Development team, focusing on internal SaaS applications used by Support, Operations, and Compliance teams. These applications automate infrastructure management, compliance auditing, customer notifications, and availability monitoring on Azure.

Interns will gain hands-on experience with Azure Functions, automation tools, and DevOps practices while contributing to projects that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying customer environments using automation tools.
• Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor alerting systems, perform root cause analysis, and identify trends.
• Participate in incident resolution and escalation processes.
• Assist with provisioning new builds and resizing requests under supervision.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles.
• Engage in cross-functional projects, including migrations, upgrades, and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate-level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Preferred for undergraduates graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required.

• Exposure to cloud computing fundamentals and providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.
