OneBanc is seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves working closely with the development and operations teams to automate, secure, and optimize software delivery across multi-cloud environments.

This position offers excellent exposure to FinTech infrastructure, cloud deployment automation, and DevOps best practices in a fast-paced digital banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
• Manage and coordinate software releases to ensure quick, stable, and secure feature delivery.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-leading tools.
• Integrate security practices (DevSecOps) into the software lifecycle.
• Maintain and monitor cloud environments on Azure and AWS for reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot Dockerized microservices and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Support automation for infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and patch management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, Linux systems, and Docker containerization.
• Knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Awareness of SDLC, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, scripting, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Exposure to FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Awareness of cloud security and DevOps compliance standards.
