Role: DevOps Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Type: Paid Internship (₹30,000–₹50,000/month)
Duration: 6 months

Possibility: Extension or full-time role based on performance

This is a hands-on DevOps internship where you'll work with modern cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments to help scale OLake’s real-time data platform.

What You’ll Work On

• Automate deployments and scale OLake’s cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Monitor and optimize production pipelines across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability dashboards, and security workflows.
• Collaborate with the core engineering team to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Document configurations, automate infrastructure, and contribute to open-source DevOps tooling.

Must-Have Skills

• Prior internship experience in backend or systems development (real company experience preferred).
• Hands-on with Linux system administration, Git, Docker, and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Programming knowledge in Go, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Excellent collaboration and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
• Experience using Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring.
• Advanced Docker container troubleshooting skills.
• Contributions to open-source DevOps projects or GitHub repositories.
