Job Description:
Observe.AI is revolutionizing customer service using AI agents that automate interactions, support in real-time, and deliver valuable insights. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing scalable, secure infrastructure with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and stability in production
• Automate deployment pipelines and optimize infrastructure efficiency
• Manage multi-environment setups (Production, Testing, etc.)
• Work with microservices architecture, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and scripting languages like Python and Shell
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, auditable, and scalable using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product stability and deployment frequency

Required Skills:

• Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting (Python/Shell/Go)
• Strong knowledge of cloud deployment tools like CodeDeploy, Jenkins, or GitLab
• Understanding of infrastructure components (databases, pub-sub services, cache systems)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
