Job Description:
Join o9 Solutions, an AI-first unicorn transforming enterprise planning globally. As a DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will deploy, maintain, and support o9’s Digital Brain Platform on AWS, Azure, GCP, and Samsung Cloud. This role emphasizes system reliability, CI/CD automation, performance optimization, and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain SaaS environments on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance
• Build and improve platform infrastructure and application automation
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD
• Provide on-call support as part of global rotation
• Debug, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues in Linux and Windows environments

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in Site Reliability or DevOps role
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes administration
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes or similar container orchestration tools
• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, etc.)
• Strong Linux/Windows OS knowledge and operating system concepts
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD
• Database administration knowledge (MS SQL, MongoDB, SSIS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in automation and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices
