About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain infrastructure for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS applications. As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide strategic, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and integration of services, while working in a semi-autonomous environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, integration teams, and product owners for DevOps.
• Review design and code from other team members.
• Adhere to agile development principles, enhancing the scrum process.
• Function as a subject matter expert across multiple product components.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a DevOps engineer with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of Python and Bash.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles (AWS/GCP).
  • Expertise in application networking and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) concepts and tools (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins).
  • Experience with AWS services (CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, ECS, RDS, ELB, SNS, SQS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud security tools (Private Links, WAF, Security Groups, etc.).
  • Cloud Networking: Experience with VPC, VPN, Route 53, and Peering in both AWS and GCP.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services (Kubernetes, CloudSQL, IAM, PubSub).
  • Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of PaaS, CaaS, and IaaS cloud-based solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Source Code Management tools (CodeCommit, Bitbucket).
  • Understanding of code vulnerability management.
