Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong software development background who can bridge the gap between development and operations. This role focuses on automation, system reliability, and optimizing deployment processes to build secure, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development teams in DevOps operations
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security for production systems
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement incident response strategies
• Manage cloud environments (Azure)
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices in DevOps and system operations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, operations, and DevOps
• Strong programming skills in Python, Typescript, and PowerShell
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (ADO CI/CD)
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience implementing and maintaining disaster recovery (DR) strategies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows
