Eligibility Criteria:

Please ensure you meet the following requirements before applying:

• Graduation Year: 2021 to 2024 batch students only.
• Experience: Strictly for freshers; experienced candidates should not apply.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge in the respective domain you are applying for (Node.js, React.js, AWS, PHP, or Flutter).
  • A solid foundation in programming concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills:
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Location:
  • Candidates must reside within 30 km of our Madurai office.

Terms & Conditions:

• Training Period: 6 months.
• Stipend: ₹8,000 per month during the training period.
• Employment Confirmation: Based on performance after the training period.
• Employment Bond:
  • A 1-year bond is mandatory from the Date of Joining (DOJ).
  • If the bond is breached, the candidate is responsible for repayment as per company terms.
• Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have a well-functioning laptop for training and work.
• Work Location: K. Pudur, Madurai.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week).
• Food/Accommodation: The company does not provide food or accommodation.

Interview Process:

The selection process involves three rounds:

1. Written Test:

   • Aptitude Test: Tests your logical and analytical thinking.
   • Technical Test: Includes programming tasks based on your chosen domain.
   • English Test: Evaluates both oral and written communication skills.

2. Technical Round:

   • Face-to-face interview with the Technical Team to assess your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

3. Final Round:

   • Interview with the Technical Head for final evaluation and selection.
