Summary

Join the NOCC Engineering team at Novartis Hyderabad as a Trainee Engineer. This role involves operational support, contractor management, and acting as an interface between internal teams and external partners. You will contribute to engineering design for pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Major Accountabilities

• Utilize engineering knowledge and tools (MS Office, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
• Participate in review meetings with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Assist in project assignments, tender documentation, and technical bid analysis.
• Create purchase orders and manage equipment procurement in SAP/ESHOP.
• Maintain electronic databases (SharePoint).
• Ensure consistency and quality of procedures and documentation.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external service providers.
• Support training and learning initiatives for external associates.
• Collaborate with internal users to align on project scope, focusing on GMP, Safety, and cost optimization.

Work Experience & Skills

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP (recommended).
• Basic financial knowledge.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
