Job Description

Niveus Solutions is hiring an experienced Cloud Engineer – DevOps to join its Infrastructure Modernization team. The role requires deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), configuration management, and container orchestration.

You will be responsible for building highly available and scalable production systems using automation tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Automate monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health
• Develop and enhance Continuous Deployment automation using Docker & Kubernetes
• Maintain production infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Automate and secure cloud environments across geographically distributed regions
• Ensure best practices for cloud-based architecture and infrastructure security

Required Skills

• Strong Linux system administration background
• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficient with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
• Knowledge of configuration tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
• Solid programming/scripting skills and knowledge of cloud-based architectures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automating infrastructure in production environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices
• Familiarity with agile development and DevSecOps environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
