About the Opportunity:
Netrix Global is hiring an experienced Cloud Engineer to support its Managed Services division. The role requires handling both on-premises and Azure Cloud infrastructure, responding to high-priority tickets, managing M365, Entra ID, Intune, and Backup solutions like Veeam and Datto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escalation point for TOC, Cloud, and Systems Teams
• Incident & request handling for Azure, M365, Windows Server, Intune
• Maintain M365 tenants, licenses, and admin tools (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams)
• Configure, monitor, and secure Azure environments
• Administer Windows Server 2008–2022, DNS, network settings
• Troubleshoot end-user workstation and application issues
• Drive P1/P2 bridges and manage escalations
• Handle backups, restores, failures (Veeam, Datto, Azure)
• Perform routine server/workstation patching and proactive tasks
• Engage in documentation, process improvement, and customer success
• Participate in on-call rotations and shift-based support (including US hours)

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience (3+ years) with:
  • Microsoft Azure VM & networking
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Intune
  • Windows Server (2008–2022)
  • Veeam / Datto / Azure Backup
  • Cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, team player
• Capable of remote work without distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MSP (Managed Services Provider) environments
• Familiarity with SLA adherence, KPIs, and technical documentation

Shift Details:

• 5 days a week (2 days aligned with US core business hours: 8 AM–5 PM CST)
• Remaining days in IST-based shifts (First/Second/Third shifts)
• Weekend/after-hours on-call availability required
