Job Summary

NeoXam is hiring a skilled DevOps Engineer with Java backend experience to join our Noida development team. This is a high-impact hybrid role involving cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, backend API development, and automation. Ideal for professionals passionate about DevOps engineering, Java Spring Boot microservices, and AWS cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop secure and scalable backend APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Django
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Use Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management
• Deploy applications in Docker containers and orchestrate them with Kubernetes
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, or ArgoCD
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Grafana, Prometheus, and EFK Stack
• Ensure security compliance across cloud environments and backend applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DevOps best practices

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools
• Good understanding of networking and security principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
