Responsibilities:

• Assist in deploying and configuring multi-cloud resources (Azure, GCP).
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and incidents.
• Support developers and IT teams in cloud solution implementation.
• Follow best practices for governance, cost management, and resource organization.
• Document configurations and process changes.
• Participate in 24x7 On-Call support rotation.
• Work in US Eastern Time (8 AM - 5 PM).

Required Skills:

• Cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure & Google Cloud.
• Networking fundamentals (IP addresses, firewalls, VPNs).
• PowerShell or Azure CLI for resource management.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with ARM templates.
• Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos).
• Containerization using Azure Kubernetes Services.
• Cloud Migration tools (Azure Site Recovery, Recovery Services Vault).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
