Job Description
MultiverseTech is hiring for the position of Cloud Tech Support Trainee (Fresher). This role will focus on developing and maintaining cloud-based solutions while collaborating with the engineering team to ensure the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.
As a Cloud Tech Support Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies like Azure, improving cloud systems, and supporting deployment solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to identify optimal cloud-based solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions following best practices.
- Ensure efficient data storage and processing while adhering to security policies and cloud security best practices.
- Analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
- Review and improve existing systems regularly.
- Modify and enhance existing cloud-based systems.
- Work effectively with multiple teams, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate professional curiosity with a strong desire to learn about cloud services and technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BCA/BSC/BTech/MCA in Computers.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and a team player with a learning attitude.
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions (Azure preferred).
