Role: System Admin Intern

As a System Admin Intern, you will support the configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MTC’s computer systems and IT infrastructure. You will also engage in data interpretation, reporting, and continuous improvement tasks.

Core Functional Responsibilities

• Monitor systems daily for security, performance, and stability issues.
• Manage client-based operating systems and ensure smooth functionality.
• Create, verify, and maintain backup data.
• Review application and system logs regularly.
• Prepare documentation and perform periodic manual system maintenance.
• Implement automated software solutions.
• Systematically manage hardware and software inventory.
• Install various computer-related equipment and peripherals.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Provide training to co-workers on IT systems and tools.

• Execute planning, designing, and evaluation of computer systems.
