Role Overview
MSE Technology is seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing cloud engineering team. This is a high-impact role focused on Azure Cloud infrastructure, AKS, GitOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and AI/ML workloads.

You will work closely with development, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions, while owning systems end-to-end and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure Cloud infrastructure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with full automation
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Helm (Infrastructure as Code)
• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Flux, or Spinnaker
• Set up and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor
• Support and scale AI/ML model deployments, including GPU infrastructure management
• Administer and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
• Manage secrets and credentials using Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault
• Drive cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization (FinOps) initiatives
• Apply ITIL practices for incident, change, and release management
• Perform root cause analysis, postmortems, and continuous improvement actions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services and AKS
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Deep understanding of GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux, Spinnaker)
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor, Alertmanager)
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads with GPU integration
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB
• Experience with secrets management (Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault)
• Familiarity with policy-as-code frameworks (OPA, Kyverno)
• Experience working in ITIL-aligned enterprise environments
• Awareness of cloud cost monitoring and FinOps practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
