Mouser Electronics is hiring a Web Developer I to support multiple web and back-office applications on .NET development platforms. This role involves working across all phases of the software development life cycle, ensuring high-quality performance and responsiveness of applications.

Accountabilities & Essentials

• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, and document software applications
• Develop and implement applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and related technologies
• Work with Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) with a focus on Microsoft .NET technologies
• Write SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures in SQL Server
• Develop applications for a multiplatform environment supporting a global customer base
• Follow Agile software development methodology
• Participate in peer code reviews and create reference documentation
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Conduct unit and integration testing, and take corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with technical and business users for validation testing and QA analysis
• Troubleshoot production issues and find root causes using support tools

Skills & Certifications

• .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core
• ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#
• JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, React, Angular (or other UI frameworks)
• SQL Server 2012/2016+, T-SQL, LINQ
• Visual Studio 2015/2017+, Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Web API, WCF, REST Web Services
• JSON, XML, AJAX
• Kentico, Dotnet Nuke, or any Content Management Framework
• Unit testing frameworks
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Web Applications (preferred)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 0–4 years of experience in web development using the mentioned tools and technologies
