Responsibilities

• Design DevOps platform strategy and roadmap in line with IT and business needs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools to ensure security and compliance
• Lead deployment automation, configuration, and release activities
• Drive containerization and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives
• Select and manage DevOps tools/vendors for scalable enterprise-grade platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and cloud solutions
• Promote security-left mindset: include static analyzers, security unit tests, etc.
• Ensure performance tuning, uptime, and SLA/SLO adherence
• Drive continuous improvement and training around DevOps practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub, Bamboo, Jenkins, JFrog, ConnectAll
• Experience integrating security into the SDLC (e.g., SAST, DAST, penetration testing)
• Deep understanding of DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Hands-on expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with global IT teams and vendor governance
• Ability to drive metrics-based improvements in application delivery
