Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Network Engineer to join our Follow The Sun (FTS) team of global infrastructure experts. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-performance enterprise networks, including datacenters, backbone infrastructure, market data systems, co-location setups, and user environments. Ideal for professionals seeking to work on low-latency trading networks and cutting-edge network automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage global enterprise networks — spanning market data, datacenter, WAN, corporate Wi-Fi, and remote access
- Act as a technical escalation point for APAC and global teams
- Participate in network automation, performance monitoring, and operational enhancements
- Train junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in IT operations
- Collaborate with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering
- Strong ownership and accountability in a global network infrastructure role
- Expertise in BGP routing protocol, and working knowledge of OSPF/IS-IS
- Experience with low latency networks, market data provisioning, and trading environments
- Knowledge of multicast technology, especially for financial applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills across tech disciplines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with leaf-spine architecture, QoS, WAN engineering
- Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto) and load balancers (F5)
- Understanding of Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of Python or Go for network automation
- Exposure to tools like Grafana, Prometheus, FMAD, Corvil
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies for remote office deployment
