As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the face of Microsoft to our customers—owning and solving technical issues, and building a career in one of the most dynamic and high-impact teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field AND 1+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT
OR - 3+ years of relevant experience (without degree)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Own, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for customers using Microsoft products.
- Collaboration: Work with peers and product teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Readiness: Participate in team learning, training, and documentation to stay updated and help others.
- Improvement: Contribute insights and feedback to help improve Microsoft products and services.
