Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RunOps Support Engineer for Platform and Infrastructure to oversee the daily operations of our critical infrastructure services. You will help ensure uptime, scalability, and performance of platforms and tools that support our engineering teams, while collaborating remotely with teams in Hyderabad, Pune, and New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production infrastructure: servers, containers, storage, and networks
- Respond to incidents and alerts to ensure service continuity
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams for reliability and automation
- Maintain internal tooling and platform services across engineering organizations
- Handle configuration management using Helm and Jenkins
Required Skills
- Linux, Shell Scripting
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Monitoring Tools: ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call/shift rotations
