Role Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer (US Hours), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the platform’s uptime and performance while helping scale global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve production incidents, with timely updates to customers
- Improve SLIs/SLOs for critical services to ensure high reliability
- Run automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain runbooks, dashboards, and post-mortem reports
- Monitor system performance and capacity continuously
- On-call support from 8 p.m. – 4 a.m. IST
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a DevOps/SRE/Production Engineer in SaaS environments
- Strong hands-on skills with AWS
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools
- Comfortable with SQL
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have:
- Debugging experience with Java (backend) and React.js (frontend)
- Prior work with enterprise clients
- Scripting knowledge: Python, Go, or Bash
