Role Overview
We are hiring a Cloud Support Engineer with expertise in Python, cloud technologies, and financial systems. This position supports our index platform operations, cloud infrastructure, and client technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for index platforms and client issues related to data feeds, automation, and system behavior
• Monitor and validate index production pipelines, ensuring accuracy and uptime
• Debug Python-based components and maintain cloud-based index delivery infrastructure
• Implement alerting, proactive monitoring, and ensure high availability of cloud-hosted systems
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve systems
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation for support processes
• Assist in the deployment of custom index solutions and API integrations
• Participate in a 24/7 support rotation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations or fintech support roles
• Strong Python skills, particularly for financial data
• Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with APIs, monitoring, and incident management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of index methodologies, financial instruments (equities, commodities, FX)
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, REST APIs, and data transformation pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices
• Database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL)
