Position Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst who will be the first point of contact (L1 support) for enterprise customers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues via remote access, resolving hardware/software/networking problems, and ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support tickets via email, phone, or remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Diagnose user-reported problems and escalate to L2/L3 support when required.
  • Maintain detailed support logs and document resolutions in the Meridian Support Portal.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative procedures.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Provide minor technical training and end-user support.
  • Collaborate in customer onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and communication.
  • Work in US shifts and provide weekend support when needed.
  • Participate in incident management, stakeholder updates, and technical escalations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (2007–2013), Windows OS (XP to Windows 10), Linux, Windows Server (2003–2012).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and dynamic team environments.
