Role Overview

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact in IT support, responsible for resolving technical issues, logging incidents, and escalating complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally
• Log and track tickets using ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows-related IT issues
• Escalate complex issues to next-level support teams
• Maintain ticket documentation and knowledge base articles
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
• Perform shift handovers and report IT downtime

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science/Computer background)
• 2 to 4 years of IT service desk experience
• Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Windows platform and troubleshooting
