About the Role:

We are looking for passionate Data Scientists - I to join our team and help solve real-world problems at scale. In this role, you will:

1. Build and deploy ML models for personalization, fraud detection, and demand prediction.
2. Leverage computer vision to power smart tools for sellers.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate data into impactful solutions.
4. Work on ad tech, monetization, and platform optimization at scale.

Compensation:

• Total CTC: INR 50,00,000
  • Fixed Salary: INR 22,00,000
  • Joining Bonus: INR 3,00,000
  • Retention Bonus: INR 3,00,000
  • ESOPs: INR 22,00,000

Who Can Apply:

Only students who meet all the following criteria are eligible:

1. Batch: Class of 2025.
2. Degree: B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech, or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit-related streams.
3. Strong foundations in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Statistics, and Linear Algebra.
4. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
5. Bonus if you have experience with Big Data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) or have worked on ML-heavy projects.
