**Mediplus Hiring – Trainee Software Engineer (Freshers) **

Eligibility

• Any BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA qualification with good analytical and coding skills.
• Year of Graduation: 2023 / 2024 / 2025.
• Selected candidates must join by 6th May 2025 (Extension of joining date may not be possible).

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Core Computer Science Concepts (Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Operating Systems).
• Familiarity with Programming in Java or Python.
• Web Development skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Strong Logical Reasoning skills.
• Ability to learn different technologies quickly.

Application Process

• Written Test Date: 20th April 2025.
• Click on "Apply Now" and submit your details.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed via Email/SMS by 15th April 2025.
• Hall tickets must be downloaded from the website.
• Candidates must bring a printout of the hall ticket and a valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar/Driving License/PAN card) to the exam venue.
• Based on the exam performance, shortlisted candidates will be invited for Round 2 (Technical & HR interview) in-person at the Mediplus office.
• No regret emails will be sent to candidates not selected.

Evaluation Process

• Round 1: Written Test (90 Minutes)

  • Section A: MCQs and fill-in-the-blank questions covering:
    • General Aptitude, Logical & Numerical Ability.
    • Core Computer Science concepts (Bitwise operators, OS concepts, Data Structures, String Manipulation, OOPS, Databases, SQL, Web Technologies).
  • Section B: Coding test (2 problems requiring code/pseudo-code).
  • Candidates must meet the cut-off for both sections to qualify.

• Round 2 (In-person) – Technical & HR Assessment

  • Shortlisted candidates will be notified via Email/Calls.

Exam Venue (For Round 1 Written Test Only)

• Hyderabad:
  • Venue: St. Theresa's Secondary School.
  • Address: Near Metro Pillar No. 980, Entry through St. Theresa's Hospital Arch, Erragadda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018.

Compensation Details

• CTC: ₹6 Lakhs per annum + ₹2 Lakhs Bonus.
• Bonus will be paid after completion of 2 years with the company.
• Service Agreement: 2 years with the company.
• Annual performance appraisal with salary increments after 1st year.

Work Location

• Madhapur, Hyderabad.
• Full-time, Work from Office Only.
