Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tools and services for internal and external platform users
• Automate operational and repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency across development teams
• Research and propose innovative solutions to improve speed, scalability, and security of the mavQ platform
• Automate and manage global cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using ELK Stack, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and more
• Collaborate with development teams on distributed microservices protocols and debugging DevOps issues
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, and IAM policies

Skills & Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and platform-as-a-service concepts
• Experience with observability tools (ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Coding skills in at least one programming language; experience in frontend/backend development is a plus
• Ability to manage large-scale distributed systems and debug complex issues
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline management and automation
