Role Overview The DevOps Engineer I role is ideal for experienced DevOps professionals who specialize in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and release engineering. You will play a key role in improving delivery pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and supporting enterprise-grade .NET and ReactJS applications.

This position requires strong collaboration across architecture, engineering, and product teams to ensure continuous, secure, and scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous, reliable, and timely delivery of application releases
• Design, support, and enhance CI/CD pipelines with measurable improvements
• Manage and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using modern tooling
• Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Product Engineers, and Development teams
• Streamline build, deployment, and release engineering workflows
• Improve automation standards and DevOps best practices across teams
• Support cloud-native applications and containerized workloads
• Maintain high availability, performance, and security standards

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of overall professional experience
• Strong experience driving CI/CD adoption and deployment automation
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence mindset

Core Technical Skills

• 3+ years of Windows Server and Linux Administration
• Strong knowledge of Git SCM and branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development)
• Experience architecting and maintaining automated build and release pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (1–3 years)
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL scripting and database operations
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Shell scripting
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with package and binary versioning strategies

.NET & Frontend Ecosystem Experience

• Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, and .NET Core
• Familiarity with MSBuild and .NET Core CLI
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, or similar)
• Experience supporting .NET Core applications with ReactJS front-end
• Familiarity with NPM builds and dependency management
• Experience reporting unit test execution and code coverage
• Experience with Static Code Analysis using SonarQube
• Familiarity with Security Analysis for .NET Core and JavaScript projects
• Experience with NuGet and NPM package management
