Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to draft and maintain documentation
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), IT policies, and technical architecture documents
• Ensure documentation quality, clarity, and consistency
• Maintain version control and change logs
• Support internal audits with accurate documentation
• Identify and fill documentation gaps in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Facilitate policy and procedure reviews with stakeholders
• Contribute to knowledge management and improve documentation accessibility
• Assist onboarding of new team members through clear, updated documentation
