Mad Devs is looking for a Junior+ DevOps Engineer with strong Docker expertise to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scalable systems that power global-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure with AWS & Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Design and optimize Docker containers & multi-container applications.
• Deploy and support EKS clusters and Kubernetes workloads.
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response systems.
• Implement infrastructure cost optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot and automate tasks on Linux environments using scripting.
• Deploy test environments for backend and frontend teams.

Our Expectations

• AWS Experience: Minimum 1 year hands-on with AWS projects.
• System Administration: At least 2 years in Linux-based system administration.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud-native concepts & high-availability solutions.
• Docker: Solid knowledge & practical experience managing containerized apps.
• Terraform: Hands-on experience with custom modules & automation.
• EKS (Kubernetes): Proficiency in managing workloads & clusters.
• Monitoring: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent tools.
• Incident Management: Experience handling outages, troubleshooting, and recovery.
• Languages: English (B2), Russian (B2).
