At Macquarie Group, you’ll be part of a dynamic team providing 24/7 support for BFS and end-to-end support for all monitoring tools. The team works closely with key stakeholders to provide monitoring solutions using modern technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape the reliability and performance of software systems in a global financial services group operating in 34 markets with 55 years of profitability.

What Will You Do?

• Monitor core software platforms, troubleshoot issues, and automate manual processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate issues and implement solutions.
• Drive improvements in the reliability and performance of software systems.

What You Offer

• 4-9 years of industry experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with production support and incident management exposure.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc.
• Familiarity with log monitoring tools like Sumo Logic, and Splunk.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Golang.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a standard schedule of 6:30 am - 3:30 pm IST and occasional night shifts (work-from-home).
