Loyalty Juggernaut is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist. This is a full-time opportunity for data-driven professionals to work on AI-powered analytics and SaaS platforms.

As a BI Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering actionable data insights, dashboards, and KPIs that power strategic decisions across Fortune 500 clients. This role combines data engineering, SQL optimization, and visualization using tools like Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Build industry-standard KPIs for loyalty and customer engagement platforms
• Write optimized SQL queries and work with large-scale relational databases
• Analyze data sets and create intelligent dashboards using BI tools
• Work on AI/ML-powered data models for forecasting, churn prediction, fraud detection, and customer strategy recommendations
• Design scalable analytics for enterprise use cases across domains like Retail, Telecom, Hospitality, and Banking

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/IT (Freshers from 2024/2025)
