Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and optimize system performance. You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, security, and seamless deployments across cloud environments. Embrace automation-first principles in this dynamic and agile role!

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud Management:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization for cost efficiency.

• CI/CD & Automation:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure, rapid deployments.
  • Implement rollback mechanisms for zero-downtime deployments.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Monitoring, Logging & Incident Management:

  • Set up proactive monitoring & alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Implement log aggregation and analysis with ELK Stack, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
  • Manage incident responses, root cause analysis (RCA), and system recovery.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Enforce DevSecOps practices to secure infrastructure and deployments.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security best practices.
  • Design backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.

• Collaboration & Process Optimization:

  • Work with developers, QA, and product teams to enhance deployment workflows.
  • Introduce new DevOps tools & practices for improved efficiency.
  • Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Desired Skills

• Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and load balancers.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with automation focus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced agile environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Nice to Have:
