Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux-based systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL)
• Configure and manage DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Argo CD, Artifactory, Rundeck, Chef, Puppet
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation/Python
• Orchestrate Kubernetes and Docker containers
• Perform proof of concept (PoC) work to support business strategies
• Maintain a centralized documentation library for procedures and configurations
• Promote best practices in IaC, CI/CD, and automation
• Understand and contribute to high availability, fault-tolerant designs, and disaster recovery (DR) setups
• Lead and support DevOps initiatives on Microsoft Azure cloud

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its core services
• Familiarity with IaaS mapping and DevOps architecture
• Understanding of IT operations: incident/change management, support workflows
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
• Good grasp of infrastructure and application monitoring tools
• Retail domain experience is a plus

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of high availability, fault-tolerant systems, and DR implementation
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native DevOps pipelines and enterprise-level system support
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation
