Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support Leapwork’s automation platform
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to automation
- Conduct online Q&A sessions and provide timely responses
- Relay customer feedback to enhance product experience
- Escalate technical issues to relevant teams
- Collaborate with CSMs, infrastructure, product, and engineering teams
Required Skills:
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Fast learner with adaptability in a global environment
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of automation/testing (added advantage)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Willingness to work in US Shift (10 PM to 6 AM)
- Willingness to relocate to Gurugram if not currently based there
