Associate Software Engineer

Job Description
At LeadVenture, we are looking for an innovative Software Engineer ready to push boundaries, embrace new technologies, and make a lasting impact. As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll put your academic knowledge into experience by developing and executing software engineering activities. You will focus on Agile Scrum methodologies, applying object-oriented thinking, software engineering best practices, and design patterns to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
- Work from our Gurgaon office.
- Develop and execute software engineering activities to ensure applications meet IT standards for quality, reliability, security, performance, and architecture requirements.
- Learn and develop in C# .NET framework, MVC, .NET Core.
- Learn specifications, internal and external systems, product offerings, and application of LeadVenture standards.
- Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and tested code.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology in Computer Science/IT from a recognized University.
- Up to two years of experience in OOPS concepts, SQL concepts, Data Structures, and Analytical Skills.
- Flexibility to work with overseas colleagues during evenings, nights, or early mornings.
- Availability on-call as per the team's roster, including weekends and holidays.
